Wanchai Oral Health Education Service
Students of the Society of Preventive Dentistry of Hong Kong (SPDHK) collaborated with Branches of Hope to hold an oral health education service on 8 October 2022. Around 30 people of ethnic minorities participated in this oral health promotion event. We designed interactive booths to debunk myths and misconceptions of oral health and oral hygiene practice. Each booth focused on a particular aspect of oral health, such as dentine hypersensitivity, dental caries and periodontal disease.
The event was a great success and was well received by the participants who expressed that they had gained much oral health knowledge and were more aware of maintaining good oral hygiene.

香港預防齒科學會的學生與希望枝子合作，於2022年10月8日舉辦了口腔健康教育服務。約有30名少數族裔人士參加了這次口腔健康推廣活動。我們設計了互動展位來揭示關於口腔健康和口腔衛生習慣的神話和誤解。每個展位僅專注於口腔健康的一個特定方面，如牙本質過敏，齲齒和牙周病。
這次活動非常成功，得到了參加者的一致好評，他們表示獲得了很多口腔健康知識，更加懂得保持良好的口腔衛生。
